Replies, unsubscribes and the do-not-email list
Your connected inboxes are read for you: replies land in Cold email, labelled interested, question, not now, unsubscribe or out of office. Unsubscribes, bounces and 'remove me' replies go on your do-not-email list and are never emailed again.
We read your connected inboxes for you, through Google's and Microsoft's own access, all day. Only what answers your sequences (and bounces) comes into Cold email; the rest of each inbox is left as it is and never stored, and warm-up emails are filed away.
- Interested and question replies are the ones to answer first. The AI can draft a reply for 1 credit. You edit it and send it from the same inbox, in the same thread.
- Not now: try again in a few months, with a fresh reason.
- Unsubscribe and "remove me": added to your do-not-email list right away.
- Out of office: an auto-reply. Nothing to do, and the sequence carries on.
A real reply stops that lead's emails when stop on reply is on. The do-not-email list also takes every bounce. No sequence ever emails anyone on it again. Move interested businesses into your Pipeline to track the deal.
