Acceptable Use Policy

What you can't do with Fullday, so that people trust the calls, texts, emails and ads that come from it.

The short version

Only contact people who want to hear from you. Be honest in every message and ad. Use public business data, not people's private data. Don't break the law or anyone's platform rules. This applies to every business and agency on Fullday, and agencies must hold their clients to it too.

Calls and texts (TCPA)

  • No cold texts and no robocalls. Don't text, autodial or make AI-voice or prerecorded calls to anyone who hasn't given consent. Marketing texts and calls need prior express written consent. The FCC treats AI-generated voices as artificial voices, so AI calls need the same consent.
  • The front desk answers people who contact you. Follow-ups go to people who reached out, booked or opted in.
  • Honor STOP and other opt-out words right away. Never text someone again after they opt out, unless they opt back in.
  • Respect the National Do Not Call Registry and your own do-not-call list.
  • Only text and call between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in the recipient's time zone (stricter where state law says so).
  • Register for texting (A2P 10DLC) with accurate information about your business and what you text.
  • No content carriers prohibit, including illegal substances and, in most cases, cannabis, and content about sex, hate, alcohol, firearms or tobacco without the required age gating.

Email (CAN-SPAM)

  • Cold outreach from the partner dashboard is email only, sent to business contacts.
  • Use your real name and an honest subject line. No fake "Re:" or "Fwd:" subjects.
  • Include your physical postal address in every commercial email.
  • Include a working unsubscribe, and stop emailing anyone who opts out. Unsubscribes, bounces and "remove me" replies go on the do-not-email list for good.
  • Don't buy, rent or harvest lists of personal email addresses, and don't email people outside the US without following their local laws (like CASL in Canada and GDPR in the EU and UK).

Data

  • The lead finder uses public business sources (how our crawler works and how a business opts out). Don't use Fullday to scrape or collect personal data about private individuals, like personal social media profiles or home addresses.
  • Don't upload data you don't have the right to use.
  • Don't store protected health information unless we've signed a Business Associate Agreement with you.
  • Don't use the service to build profiles of people, track them, or make decisions about their credit, employment, housing or insurance.

Honest ads and content

  • No false or misleading claims about your products, prices or results.
  • No fake reviews or made-up testimonials. Testimonials must be real, and AI actors must never be presented as real customers; label them as an actor portrayal where it could look like a testimonial.
  • No income or earnings claims ("make $10k a month") and no fake urgency.
  • Don't impersonate a real person or business, and don't use someone's likeness or voice without their permission. Your own voice is only for the account owner's own voice, recorded by them; never record, upload or imitate anyone else's.
  • No deepfakes of real people, and no content that sexualizes minors, promotes violence or hate, or is designed to deceive voters.
  • Follow Meta's, Google's and Whop's ad policies, including the special rules for housing, employment, credit and health ads.

Security and fair use

  • Don't try to break into, overload or reverse engineer the service, or get around limits or credits.
  • Don't share API keys, and don't let others use your account.
  • Don't use the service to send malware, phishing or spam, or to harass anyone.
  • Don't use AI agents to collect passwords, card numbers or government ID numbers from callers.

What happens if this is broken

We may remove content, pause sending, suspend numbers or accounts, and report illegal activity. Where we reasonably can, we'll tell you and give you a chance to fix it first. Carriers and platforms may also act on their own. Fees aren't refunded for an account suspended or closed under this policy.
