Copyright and DMCA Policy
How to report content on a Fullday website or page that infringes your copyright, and how we respond.
We respect copyright
Businesses use Fullday to publish websites, booking pages, ads and other content. We respond to clear notices of copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and we expect our customers to use only content they have the right to use.
Reporting infringement
Send a written notice to our designated agent (below) that includes:
- Your physical or electronic signature, as the owner or someone authorized to act for the owner.
- A description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed.
- The exact address (URL) of the material you want removed, so we can find it.
- Your name, address, phone number and email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
Our designated agent
[DMCA agent name], [Company legal name], [Company address]. Email: support@fullday.ai with the subject "DMCA notice". [Register this agent with the US Copyright Office's DMCA designated agent directory.]
What we do
When we get a complete notice, we remove or disable access to the material and tell the customer who posted it, with a copy of the notice. We may also pass the notice to third parties as the law allows.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to our agent with: your signature; the material that was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the US, any district where we may be found) and will accept service from the person who sent the original notice. We may restore the material 10 to 14 business days after the counter-notice, unless the complaining party tells us it has filed a court action.
Repeat infringers
We close the accounts of customers who repeatedly infringe others' copyrights, in appropriate circumstances.
False claims
Under the DMCA, anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice can be liable for damages. If you're unsure whether material infringes, talk to a lawyer first.
Trademarks and other complaints
For trademark, privacy, impersonation or other complaints about content on Fullday, email support@fullday.ai with the details and the address of the content. We'll look into it and act under our Acceptable use policy.
