SMS Terms

How text messages from businesses that use Fullday work, and how to stop them.

The program

Businesses use Fullday to text people who contact them: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups you asked for. Each text comes from the business you contacted, sent through Fullday.

How you agree to texts

You agree to get texts from a business when you text it first, call it and ask for a text, or give your number on its booking or contact form with a box checked to receive texts. Agreeing to texts is never a condition of buying anything.

How often

Message frequency varies with your conversation and appointments. For example, a reply to your question, a booking confirmation and a reminder before your visit.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier about your plan. Neither the business nor Fullday charges you for texts.

Stop or get help

  • Reply STOP to stop all texts from that business. You can also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT. You'll get one message confirming you're unsubscribed, and no more after that.
  • Reply START to opt back in.
  • Reply HELP for help, or email support@fullday.ai.

Your privacy

We don't share or sell mobile numbers for marketing. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver the messages. More in our Privacy policy.

The fine print

Carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Texts are supported on major US carriers. We may change or end the program and will update these terms if we do.
