Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancelling works, and why fees for Fullday aren't refunded. Part of the Terms of Service.
The short version
- Fees aren't refundable, including partial months, unused time, usage and credits.
- Cancel any time in Billing to stop the next renewal. You keep access until the period you paid for ends.
- Duplicate or mistaken charges are fixed if you tell us within 30 days.
- Ad spend is paid to the ad platform, not to us, so we can't refund it.
- Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
A summary to help you read it. The full text below is what you agree to.
Plan fees aren't refunded
Fullday plans are billed in advance and start working right away: we reserve phone capacity, run AI agents, build and host pages and pay our providers from day one. So plan fees are non-refundable, including:
- the rest of a month or year after you cancel;
- time you didn't use, or features you didn't turn on;
- a renewal you forgot to cancel;
- moving to a smaller plan partway through a period (the difference becomes a credit on future bills, not cash);
- an account suspended or closed for breaking the Terms or the Acceptable use policy.
Prepaid plans (1, 2 or 3 years)
Prepaid plans are paid up front for the whole term at a discount, and aren't refundable, in whole or in part, once the term has started. Your plan's monthly AI credits still arrive every month of the term, and the price stays locked for the term and for renewals of it. Bonus AI credits that come with a 2- or 3-year term arrive after the first payment and never expire. Cancelling a prepaid plan stops the next renewal. We email you before a prepaid plan renews so you have time to decide.
How to cancel
- The account owner can cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Cancel plan → Cancel at period end. It takes a few clicks, and you don't need to call or email us.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for, then ends.
- You'll get an email confirming the cancellation. Keep it.
- Agency clients cancel through their agency. If your agency can't be reached, email support@fullday.ai.
- After your plan ends, we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it or come back, then delete it.
Usage, add-ons and overages
Call minutes, texts, AI images and videos, lead searches and other usage are charged for what's used, and aren't refundable once used. That includes the AI credits used for minutes and texts past your plan. Add-ons (like extra phone numbers or seats) follow their plan's billing period and aren't refunded for partial periods. Taking the Your own voice add-on off leaves a credit for the unused part of the period on your next bill (never cash).
Credits
Credits aren't refundable and have no cash value. If a job fails because of us, its credits go back to your balance automatically; that's the only way credits are returned. Unused credits expire when your account closes. Free credits (like starter, promotional or referral credits) can't be exchanged for money and may expire sooner, as stated when given.
Phone numbers, domains and things we buy for you
When you buy a phone number, a domain, a sending inbox or anything else we buy from a provider on your behalf, we pay that provider right away. These charges aren't refundable, including domain registration and renewal fees, even if you cancel soon after.
Ad spend
Ad spend is paid to the ad platform (like Meta, Google or Whop), not to us. We can't refund it, and we aren't responsible for how a platform charges or bills you. Questions about ad charges go to the platform under its own refund rules. Our fees for running your ads aren't refunded based on ad results.
Websites, creatives and setup work
Website builds, creative generation, done-for-you setup and similar work are delivered when they're created, and aren't refundable once delivered, whether or not you publish or use them. Revisions are available inside the service as your plan allows.
Agency plans and client accounts
For partners in the agency program:
- Agency plan fees, extra client fees and wholesale usage aren't refundable, and are owed whether or not your clients pay you.
- Removing a client stops their fee from your next billing period; it isn't refunded for the current one.
- Refunds you give your own clients are between you and them. If you refund a client payment you collected through Fullday's payments, the refund (and any processor fees) comes out of your balance or future payouts, and our fees aren't returned.
- Chargebacks from your clients are your responsibility and don't reduce what you owe us.
Billing mistakes: the exception
If we charged you by mistake, we'll fix it. That includes a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a charge for the wrong amount. Email support@fullday.ai within 30 days of the charge with the date and amount. We'll check it and, if it's our mistake, refund the wrong part to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days. After 30 days, the charge is final.
Outages
If the service is down, we work to restore it quickly. Unless you have a signed service level agreement with us, outages don't entitle you to refunds or credits. For a long outage caused by us, we may choose to give service credits (never cash), which apply to future bills only.
Where the law says otherwise
Nothing here takes away a right to a refund that the law gives you and doesn't allow a contract to waive. If such a law applies to you, we'll follow it to the minimum extent it requires. Because Fullday is sold only to businesses, consumer cooling-off rights generally don't apply.
Disputing a charge with your bank
Please contact us before disputing a charge. Most problems are fixed in a day by email.
If you file a chargeback for a fee that was properly charged, we'll respond with the evidence of your purchase and acceptance: the date and time you agreed, the version and words you accepted (including the automatic renewal), your IP address, and your use of the service. While a dispute is open we may suspend your account. You'll still owe the disputed amount, plus the processor's dispute fee and the reasonable cost of collecting it, as the Terms of Service explain.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. Update your card in Billing to avoid interruption. If the payment stays unpaid, we may suspend the service and later close the account, as the Terms explain. Suspension doesn't cancel what's owed.
Trials and promotions
If you start a free or discounted trial, it becomes a paid plan when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The first paid charge after a trial isn't refundable, so cancel before the trial ends if you don't want to continue. Promotional prices apply only for the time stated.
