Phone numbers for your clients
Buy numbers in Inventory → Phone lines: local $12.99/month or toll-free $21.99/month, assigned to a client or kept spare. Register each client for texting before their texts go out.
- Go to Inventory → Phone lines and choose Buy a number.
- Pick Local (search by area code) or Toll-free.
- Under Assign to, pick a client, or keep it as a spare.
- Choose Buy for the monthly price.
Calls work right away. Texts need texting registration: choose Register next to the number ($179 one time, then $19.99/month per client). The Texts column shows Not started, Pending or Approved.
Taking a number off a client's card keeps it as a spare, and you keep paying for it. Release number in Inventory gives it up for good. It can't be bought back.
