Import your existing clients

In Clients, choose Import and drop in a CSV with name, city, type and price columns. Only the name is required.

  1. Go to Clients and choose Import.
  2. Drop in a CSV file, up to 5 MB, with the columns name, city, type and price. Only name is required. Download a sample file shows the format.
  3. Rows without a name, and duplicates, are skipped.

Imported clients start as Setting up, with the whole AI team switched on. Open each one to finish the details: their phone number, who can log in to their portal, and their price.
