Import leads from a CSV

On Home, under Your customers, choose Import and drop in a CSV file up to 5 MB with at least a name, phone or email column.

  1. On Home, under Your customers, choose Import (Import customers on a new account).
  2. Drop a CSV file in, or choose one. Up to 5 MB.
  3. Each row needs a name, a phone number or an email. Not sure of the format? Choose Download a sample file.

Only import people who agreed to hear from you. The follow-up agent texts and emails leads, and texting someone who never opted in breaks US law (the TCPA) and carrier rules.
