Take payments from your customers
Set up payments in Settings → Payments and customers can pay deposits and job invoices by a secure pay link, straight into your own Whop account. Whop charges its processing fee (2.7% + 30¢ per US card payment) and Fullday keeps a 1% platform fee.
Payments go through Whop, a payment processor. Your business gets its own Whop account, so the money lands with you.
Set it up (owners and admins):
- Open Settings → Payments and choose Set up payments with Whop.
- On Whop's secure page, verify your identity (and your business, when Whop asks).
- Then add a payout method: where Whop sends your money.
Payments switch on once both steps are done and Whop has nothing left to ask. The page shows each step as To do, Whop is checking or Done. Left halfway? Choose Continue in Whop. Check again reads your status from Whop.
Whop reviews some kinds of business before they can take payments. Dentists, orthodontists, med spas and other licensed healthcare: have your license ready, Whop will likely ask for it. When Whop needs documents, the page says Needs attention and shows what Whop asked for, in its words.
What Whop can't take payments for: legal services, therapy or other mental health care, IV vitamin or hydration treatments, and door-to-door sales. Those businesses can't switch payments on. Choose Ask about another way to take payments so we know you want one; the same button shows if Whop doesn't approve your business.
Three ways to get paid
- Deposits to book. In Business info, give a service a deposit (up to $1,000). When your voice, text or email agent books that service, the confirmation carries the deposit's pay link (after a call, it's texted).
- Pay links for a job. On a customer's page on Home, choose Request payment, enter the amount and what it's for, and send it by text, email or both. You can copy the link too.
- Ask Fullday. Say something like "send Maria a pay link for 450 dollars for the water heater". You'll see a card, and nothing goes out until you tap Send the pay link.
Keep deposits modest and send the rest as a pay link when the job's done. Whop can hold or review payments taken long before the work is done, so don't ask for the whole job up front.
When someone pays, it shows on the customer's history, a deposit is marked paid on its booking, a paid job moves the customer to Won with what they paid, and you get an alert. Collected this month on Home adds up what came in, less refunds.
What it costs: Whop's processing fee is 2.7% + 30¢ per US card payment, paid by you. The platform fee is 1% of each payment (at least 1 cent), taken out automatically. A $100 card payment leaves you $96. On pay links over $2,000, customers can also pay by bank (ACH) when Whop has it on for your account.
Refunds and disputes are yours to handle, in your Whop account. If a customer disputes a payment, we alert you and note it on their history.
