Each member of the team has its own tab in the app:
- Home is your customer list: everyone who called, texted, emailed or came from an ad, with their whole history.
- Voice agent answers your phone day and night and books onto your calendar.
- Text agent answers texts, Instagram and Facebook messages and your website chat in seconds.
- Email agent answers the email inquiries you forward to it, in your name.
- Follow-up agent texts every lead who called or texted and didn't book, at polite hours on days 1, 3, 7 and 14, until they book or say stop (on Home).
- After the booking: a reminder text the day before each visit, a review request with your Google review link after it, and On my way next to each of today's visits on Home (Text agent → Settings).
- Ads agent runs your Meta and Google ads and asks before big changes (Ads agent, on Growth and Pro).
- Creative studio makes ad images (Creatives).
- Website builder keeps your site up to date (Website).
- Search agent works to get you named by Google, ChatGPT and Perplexity (AEO / SEO, on Growth and Pro).
What they all know (your hours, services and prices, common questions, and when to hand off to you) lives on one page, Business info. Change it once and every agent uses it.
